Les ravageurs et pathog\u00e8nes des cultures causent des pertes de rendement consid\u00e9rables. Leur contr\u00f4le est donc un enjeu majeur, notamment au Cameroun, o\u00f9 l&rsquo;agriculture est un secteur important en terme de revenus et d&#8217;emploi. Pour aider \u00e0 concevoir des strat\u00e9gies efficaces pour la lutte int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, les mod\u00e8les math\u00e9matiques sont particuli\u00e8rement pertinents. Notre principal objectif est d&rsquo;\u00e9tudier l&rsquo;\u00e9pid\u00e9miologie et la gestion de maladies de cultures tropicales, en particulier au Cameroun et en Afrique sub-saharienne. Notre approche consiste \u00e0 \u00e9laborer et analyser des mod\u00e8les dynamiques d\u00e9crivant les interactions plante-parasite, afin de mieux comprendre, pr\u00e9voir et contr\u00f4ler l&rsquo;\u00e9volution des d\u00e9g\u00e2ts sur les cultures. Pour assurer la pertinence de nos mod\u00e8les, les \u00ab utilisateurs finaux \u00bb seront \u00e9troitement associ\u00e9s.
